Peggy is a Montana native and earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Montana in 1987. She completed her CFP® Certified Financial Planner™ and Certificate of Divorce Specialist in 1993. Peggy began her investment advising career with Securities America in 1993, and is currently a registered representative with Cetera Wealth Services, LLC.
As an Investment Advisor Representative, Peggy is involved in all aspects of investment consulting, portfolio management, and personal financial planning with a special emphasis in wealth management. With more than 30 years of experience, Peggy helps her clients make informed decisions through a comprehensive wealth management process that addresses complex issues in investment consulting, financial planning, and relationship management. She has extensive experience with music publishing, executives, doctors, and small business owners.
Peggy is an active member of her community and attends St. Henry Catholic Church. She is the founder of Mission Valley Scholarship, is a published author of “Plan of Action”, and over the years has been involved with Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital.
Outside of the office, Peggy enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, boating, and spending time with family.

Matt Rouillier, CFP® CPA

Matt obtained his B.S. and Master of Accountancy degrees from the University of Tennessee in 2015 and 2016 respectively. Matt started his career in public accounting in Atlanta specializing in individual, partnership, and real estate taxation. After 4 years in public accounting, he earned his CFP®, Series 7, Series 66, and TN Commerce & Insurance licenses. Matt enjoys leveraging his experience as a CFP® & CPA to help clients with all facets of financial planning including investment services, tax planning, retirement planning, insurance, and debt consolidation.
Matt married his wife, Rachel, in August of 2020 and they have a Boston Terrier named Jax. When Matt is not working, he loves to travel to National Parks and play golf.

Ray earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Tennessee, completing her degree in 3.5 years. She began her career in the Fidelity Family Office division in Westlake, Texas, where she developed a client‑first mindset and a high standard of service that continues to shape how she works today.
With more than a decade of experience, Ray has deep expertise in service, planning, Family Office, and Private Wealth. Detail‑oriented, strategic, and collaborative, she serves as a true co‑planner with clients. She translates complex strategies into clear, actionable plans and works alongside CPAs, attorneys, and other centers of influence to build integrated, long‑term solutions. Ray is highly communicative and solution‑oriented, providing decisive guidance when it matters most while always keeping clients’ goals at the center of the plan.
Ray is proud to continue the family legacy at Wealth Management Group. She earned her role through years of disciplined, hands‑on experience. Outside the office, she values continuous learning, staying active, and spending time with family, and she brings that same balance and commitment to growth into every client relationship.
